There are currently only 3 items on prepub with actual ship dates. I don't remember it ever being that low. Any ideas on why the pipeline seems stalled?

Starts with L and ends with 7
I guess L7 rollout is August 10, 2016.
That'd be the day after the final pre-pub ship. Last train out (or boat) as the case may be.
If so, I'm seriously under-funded after our Banff excursion. We sort of got carried away.
... L7 rollout ...
Lack of PrePubs, infrequent/minimal participation by MVPs on the Forums, incredibly slim beta updates - I'm guessing L7 piggybacks on the upcoming Windows 10 Anniversary Update (but then I'm not a prophet nor the son of a prophet).
I can tell you from putting together the last 2-3 week's best answers of the week that there is also a dearth of users asking questions. Plus some MVP's have been moving or on vacation or, for myself, waiting for new computer glasses after cataract surgery. But I agree the slim beta updates indicates that they are likely working on a big change that didn't fit well in the 6 week development cycle.
Hmmm... Interesting. I hope your speculations are correct. Perhaps something big is just around the corner.
I had to get an injection in my right eye to stop bleeding. I have had a very difficult time reading the forums so I don't get on here much.
Continuing to pray for you (ST) Matthew.

some MVP's have been moving
Thought I was moving; then, the buyer of my property had credit issues two weeks before closing—time now to unpack [:P]

It doesn't sound like L7, but a revamp of Logos Now.

They're going to announce that there will not be a Logos 7 but rather, they will now be offering a pure subscription service. [U]
First, I'm joking about Aug 10.
But if I were trying to max out purchasing (playing Bob badly), I'd put the rollout after seminaries sign up kids to Logos (with the academic lock ... oops, discount), and well before Thanksgiving (when the family holiday budget takes priority).
OTH #1: I'd want to reset Logos Now just prior to Logos7 programs. To smooth out major confusion.
OTH #2: Brittanica might be majorly slurping up prepub labor, in which case I'd say L7 for early October-ish. Brittanica might be more significant than L7. True.

The prepub pipeline is still barely populated with actual ship dates. There was much speculation that this was due to the imminent release of Logos 7, but that doesn't appear to be the issue.

Maybe, just maybe. they are working on getting Britannica out.
Or, perhaps, they are working on getting this out:
