Proclaim Remote won't allow iPhone to control presentation

I tried logging onto Proclaim app to run a presentation remotely, which I've done many times, and I only get a "Follow" option. I have gone as far as uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but no success. Any ideas? This is making me nuts.

Do you see the presentation that is on air in the "All Presentations" list beneath the follow option? This will help confirm you're signed in with an account that has access to the presentation group.

No, none of the presentations are there. Only the current in the box above with a "follow" button and no "control" Button.

Are you logging into the remote app with the same login? If you don't see the control button, it means the person logged into the remote is not in the presentation group. You must be in the group to be able to control the presentation. This allows members of the congregation to follow along without taking control of the presentation.

Glenn,
Yes. And, I went onto the computer running the Proclaim presentation and checked that I was still in the presentation group which I am. I then checked I still was set to moderator which I am. I even experimented with upgrading myself to administrator, but that didn't work either. I then tried turning the presentation off and the PC off and on with no luck.

Glenn,
And, I turned the proclaim app on the phone completely off & on a couple times including turning the phone off. We are also running the most current version of Proclaim.

Laura, have you tried uninstalling and resinstalling the Proclaim Remote from you phone? This will force you to sign in again, allowing you to verify you're using the same login as when you sign in to Proclaim on your desktop computer.

Laura-
I sent you an email with some more specific questions with your group and email.
Thanks for your patience as we track this down.

Yes, actually I did uninstall & reinstall the proclaim app. In fact that was the first thing I tried.

Glenn,
I think you gave me the solution. I had been logging on using my logos.com login. It didn't occur to me that my proclaim acct was using a different addy from the logos acct. I just tried restarting the proclaim app and logging in with the Comcast addy you mentioned and that seems to have fixed it judging by the fact that there is now a list of past presentations in the lower part of the main screen which previously wasn't showing.
I will check it the next time at church and make sure I'm correct. But, many thanks for now.

Scott,
Between your question and something Glenn noticed, I think it's solved. I had been logging on using my logos.com login. It didn't occur to me that my proclaim acct was using a different addy from the logos acct. I just tried restarting the proclaim app and logging in with the other email address me and that seems to have fixed it judging by the fact that there is now a list of past presentations in the lower part of the main screen which previously wasn't showing.
I will check it the next time at church and make sure I'm correct. But, many thanks for now.
