Question about Peter T O'Brien Resources

I am curious if Logos will withdraw the right to use these resources after they are removed? I have the NIGNT volume on Philippians , and the two Pillar Volumes. If we already own them, will we have the right to keep them?

Do see the thread linked in the post above.
Faithlife's not going to unilaterally remove the volumes from your account any more than Eerdmans would come to your house to claim your physical copies.

There is another thread dealing with this issue, which has been referenced above. In that, a Faithlife staffer has said that anyone who wants to is free to keep the commentaries, and that they are still working with Eerdmans to come up with a solution for those who wish to return them. I seem to remember we had the same questions when the Moody titles were withdrawn a few years back. The basic point that was made to us then is that you have bought a product (albeit digital) from someone who was legally allowed to sell it to you at the time the transaction was made. That product is now your property and will remain so unless you come to sell it on (easier said than done with a digital format).
Similarly, if you were to purchase a Hovel audiobook from an online store such as christianaudio.com (other online stores are available), Hovel could not demand your purchase back even if they were somehow to stop using christianaudio.com as an outlet. The digital aspect of these producer/retailer relationships cannot undermine customers' rights or the whole system would soon collapse.
