I think you didn't. The book type gives an information about what kind of resource (ancient manuscript in old language) it is, but doesn't come with added functionality.  

From your screenshot it seems you are comparing your PB with a Logos-built Perseus resource and the latter has (sort of) morphological tagging, so you are expecting to see that? The PB compiler won't create that morph tagging for you - in fact, Logos didn't do it either, they received it from the Perseus publishers.

I think it is possible to include such morph tagging and have it display in the final resource, but you must provide for it (at least I remember building a PB bible where the creator managed to include his Strongs tagging in a way the PB compiler included into the final resource). I don't recall a larger post or wiki section example on how to do it, however.
