I am trying to double click our icon to open Proclaim and it won't go.
Is there a complete uninstaller so I can reinstall it? I have two versions of Proclaim in my Programs control panel and can't uninstall the old one.
When I try to uninstall the old version I get an error that it can't find "Proclaim-x64.msi" installation package.

Brandon-
Reboot and then try to re-install, sometimes Windows requires a reboot to clean up or finish some pending work.
Let me know if it still won't open

I continue to get an error message about the older version of Proclaim not being able to be removed and installation stops there.
I uninstalled and then restarted before I tried again.
Have you tried repairing the installation prior to uninstall?
I have two versions of Proclaim and a Proclaim prerequisites in my Programs folder.
One version of Proclaim was from 10/25/15 and the other was today along with the prerequisites.
This software will remove some of the undesirables left over after an installation. http://download.cnet.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html
Sorry about this Brandon, I've not experienced this issue before. This tool sounds promising though I don't have any personal experience with it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed
I think I have it running for this morning. I'm going to leave it running and try to remove it after church.
Same problem again this morning...
A long time ago we installed an "experimental" version of Proclaim as we were having video driver issues, and I wonder if that is the problem.
Still getting an error when trying to uninstall the old one.
It's trying to find C:\Users\Soundbooth\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Install\Installers\ and its looking for Proclaim-x64.msi.
I tried the Microsoft program and it did remove it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this one......
Re-installing right now....
I don't think the experimental player is the issue, but getting the old items removed and fresh install should help.
Keep us posted.
It is currently working....Thanks for the speedy help on here!
At some point I ended up with two version of Proclaim in the control panel, but I don't remember when that happened. That appeared to be the problem. The Microsoft program seems like it worked to remove the old and make it work.
I need to build a new computer here shortly anyway and I am hoping a clean install and some new hardware will take care of our issues.
