Suggested Readings Material in Courses
I am planning on trying out a mobile ed course of Bi100 Learn to Study the Bible. I saw somewhere that purchasing the Platinum base package will have all of the suggested books to do further reading; however, now that Logos 7 came out, the material in the Platinum base package has changed, thus, not all the books are now available in the base package.
Is it possible to purchase these suggested further reading books mentioned in a course to be made available as a discounted package?
Thank you for any inputs.

Alas, that was never accurate. I have the top of every library available (including the last 2 Collectors) and was missing 13 of the books in NT211 (I had 69). These are the books not the number of readings, some books are used a lot more than others in the courses.

Depending upon the course some of the readings are Vyrso books and some of the readings are actually from books no longer avai in Logos or Vyrso. I never understood that statement to mean if you buy platinum you will always have every resource that is listed as a reading.

In the other thread the FL representative said that for books that were made unavailable they "do try to change the readings" which is, of course, a bit vague. Still it's a good policy. Although I wish they could do more to make the readings easily accessible FLs policies regarding readings are pretty clearly spelled out in that thread which I do appreciate.

Some courses I own I don't own every resource that that has a suggested reading. I dont' worry to much about those instances. While the readings do add great value to these courses IMHO missing one or two of them is not of great consequence. I intend to do go through these course multiple times - sometimes i just go through the course listen/watching on my mobile device and do nothing else, other times I work through them on my desktop making notes / highlights as i work through them and only look at one or two of the readings, and other times I go through every reading possible If there is a resource with a reading I don't own sometimes i can find the relevant portion oft book via google books and read it there, other times if I feel i would really benefit from that resource I add it to my wishlist and wait for it to come on sale. I create a wishlist specifically for that course so when it does come up for sale i know I was wanting to buy if for readings relating to course xy123. So chances are are when do eventually purchase the resource I will do another pass through the course in future and pick up the reading at that point. Every reading I do complete I highlight the same way so when I know what i have and have not read - that doesn't mean I won't do the reading a second or third time - it just means I will know what I haven't read previously.
