How can I have my two sermon Timothy Keller archives covering different years merged into a single o
Dear Customer Service,
I bought the Timothy Keller Sermon Archive when it was first released.
Subsequently I also purchased the Timothy Keller Sermon Archive 2012-2013 update.
Date Order
Aug 1, 2013 3015691 Timothy Keller Sermon Archive
Nov 26, 2014 5478339 Timothy Keller Sermon Archive, 2012–2013
Unfortunately this creates a problem whenever I want to search for something within Timothy Keller's Sermon Archive as I can only specify one archive at a time.
I see that there's actually a Tim Keller Sermon Archive (1989–2013) now.
How can I have my two sermon archives merged into a single one.

Thank you for your correspondence. I see your conundrum with the archives and consequently there isn’t a way to merge the two together. I would recommend checking out the Forums as the other power users may have more insight to a solution or workaround.

Logos should just automatically grant customers such as myself a license to the already merged archives and then simply delete the license from the two separate archives.
After all, they are exactly the same in essence and in every way. We are the pre-pub customers who help kickstart each archive.
Certainly, if it's not within your authority to make a decision, your Logos management should be able to recognize that these pre-pubs customers are actually your "launch customers".
And what happens as the years pass and Logos add more years, eg 2014-2015, 2016-2017 etc to the archives. Will customers have to contend with rather difficult searches in multiple segments of essentially the same Sermon archives.
Please help. Much appreciated.

Simply say to search in:
title:"Timothy Keller Sermon"
which builds an ad hoc collection of the two resources.
Also: had you directed your question to LogosPro you would have gotten a correct answer. The Support department deals with application failures not training issues. Faithlife should make that distinction more clear.

In Vyrso (Android App),
When I tap search, in the Find field, Say I search "Can't forgive myself" and then in the drop down list, it offers Entire Library, TKSA, ESV etc, I cannot type anything custom such as Timothy Keller Sermons
So it seems to me I either select Entire Library or just a single resource such as TKSA.
In this particular search, "Can't forgive myself" in TKSA, I would find 19 matches, because I search for the exact phrase when I put the "" ie the search is for "Can't forgive myself"
But if in the Find field I type,
Timothy Keller sermon "Can't forgive myself" using Entire Library or just TKSA, there is no match at all.
Timothy Keller sermon Can't forgive myself , using Entire Library or just TKSA, gives only 4 matches.What might I be doing incorrectly in building this adhoc resource" because there's only a single location to Timothy Keller Sermon and what I want to search for ?

The "ad hoc resource" MJ referred to assumed use of the desktop app. It is not available in the mobile apps
So you use Logos 6 or 7 on a desktop / laptop? If so, you can create a collection containing both resources on the desktop and this will sync to the mobile app and can be used there.
