Two Questions on the "Lectionary for Mass" product
I'm considering getting this resource https://www.logos.com/product/52026/lectionary-for-mass-for-use-in-the-dioceses-of-the-united-states-of-america-2nd-ed-vols-1-4) but I had two questions:
- Does it have the Mass readings as found in the Lectionary or does it simply pull the verses from my Bible of Choice?
- Is it something I can add to my daily devotionals?
Whether or not I buy it depends on what the answers are. Thanks
EDIT: Also, I just noticed this says 2nd Edition. So that means it doesn't have the 2011 changes?

Yes

Correct. The last copyright is 2002

If you are using a layout based on the liturgical calendar, yes. If you mean something based on secular calendar date then no.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I may be confused ... There were updates to the Lectionary, copyright 2002 for the US (2nd Edition) ... and then there were separate changes to the Roman Missal, copyright 2011 for the US (3rd Edition).
Two separate updates, two separate documents.
Both updates are available in Verbum in there respective resources. Both are the current editions. Lectionary and Roman Missal.
Mass readings are in the Lectionary - current edition in Verbum.
Order of the Mass (prayers, etc.) - current edition in Verbum.

Steve is correct. The 2011 changes were only to the Roman Missal. The 2002 edition of the Lectionary that we sell is text that is currently in use.
