Logos.com Features on Verbum.com (Community Pricing/Payment Plans/etc.) + Buy Credit Suggestions
I am aware that one can use the Logos site and Verbum Site interchangeably, however, there are a few features on the Logos site that I would love to see implemented on the Verbum Site - primarily, because that is where I go first and foremost when I am looking for new resources:
Community Pricing: A neat feature of the Logos Site is to be able to "get in" on community pricing. Basically, you submit a bid to help "pay" for the production of a resource (I thought this is what the pre-pub did, but this is actually a step before prepub and you can get the resource even cheaper). I would like to see this added to the Verbum Site and also get more Catholic Resources on there. My guess is that a good number of Catholic Users would be willing and have a desire to help fund a new resource, and it gives us an idea of what might be coming down the pipeline as the Pre-Pub resources don't seem to get too frequent of add-ons.
Payment Plans: On the Logos website we can actually see our payment plans and the breakdown - this is a very helpful Account feature and should also be available on the Verbum.com "My Account" section.
Wish List: This is another feature that I find helpful on Logos.com that I wish Verbum had. Right now, I use a work around - the "Save for Later" feature, but a wish list would seem a bit more practical.
NEW FEATURE SUGGESTION FOR BOTH SITES:
Purchase Verbum/Logos Credit: We have the ability to see what credit is available, but no where online do I see a place to buy Verbum/Logos Credit. There have been a few occasions when I have wanted to do so - especially in anticipation of an expensive "Pre-Pub" that is coming up. I would love to put a little money in my Verbum Account to "save up" for those pre-pubs, so I don't take quite a hit when they come out - especially when a multitude get released at once.

(I have no experience with it but) the Logos site offers Book Cache to accumulate Logos Credit.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

And don't forget the feature on www.logos.com that shows you what packages a resource is inside of, in the upper right hand corner of any book/resource page. That is a major feature missing on www.verbum.com.

Thanks so much, i haven't heard of the book cache - it looks cool, but is also a subscription. It is odd that you can't simply buy credit as a single purchase - but the book cache would a start!

That would be a helpful resource in Verbum as well Fr.!
Overall, i think the Verbum site is aestetically way more pleasing than the logos site - I definitely wish it had all the features though!

Feature parity between the sites is planned. I can't guess at a timeline at this point, though.
