Bibles in Web App Not Loading
Scratching my head. Not sure why, but no books will load in the web app...even the ESV Bible. I get the following message:
You don't own English Standard Version, but you can change that!
(followed by a link to purchase the resource from Logos; a title which I already own...the purchase button is greyed out). Yes, I've logged out of the web app and logged back in.

Hey Will,
It should be fixed now. There was an issue on one of our servers while your (online) index was being built, and things got into a funky state. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Seth,
I am having the same issue, but only with my preferred bible NASB95. It won't show up when I click hyperlinks or when I search for it Library.
It asks me to purchase it, but I already own it.
Any fixes I should tryThanks,

Same here...it's been several days now. No preferred Bible, no books.

Andy, can you try again? I think I've got it fixed for you.

I'm trying the Cloud trial, and none of my library shows up in the web app (sounds like same issue)?
When I watch network traffic, I see the API request for my library, but the response indicates there are zero items.

Hey David,David coyer said:I am having a similar issue except I just get the eternal spinner symbol; nothing ever loads.
Could you let me know what browser, and OS you are using? Also if you were able to open the browser's console window, and send me any errors you might see.
To open the console you can generally do one of the following:- If IE or Edge, press F12.
- If on windows
- Ctrl + Shift + J/K/C (for Chrome/Firefox/Safari respectively).
- If on mac
- Cmd + Option + J/K/C (for Chrome/Firefox/Safari respectively).
Thanks,
Seth Copeland0
