Last three or four weeks I set the graphic in profound then upload. However the wrong graphic appears on soundfaith. It uses a graphic from weeks ago.
Hi, Mike. You can change the default cover image in the audio publishing screen by hovering over it. Are you doing this each week and not seeing the image change when you publish?
I check the image before publishing and it has the right graphic. But when published it uses the graphic in your screenshot
If you'd like the default image to be the first slide in the presentation, you can remove the cover image altogether and it should fall back to this. If you're trying to upload a cover image and it's reverting after publishing, that's not how we intended things to work.
I'll investigate this and let you know my findings. In the preliminary testing I did yesterday I was able to successfully change the default cover image of my presentation. Can you confirm your workflow is the same as mine?
I'll keep you updated here on what we find.
Hi Peter,
Sorry for the delay. Can't get to the forum everyday.
In the Past, I did the workflow you have listed, because I needed to change the graphic. All worked perfectly.
However, the past few weeks...
Thanks for the reply, Mike. I think I've discovered the bug here and we should be able to ship a fix to it soon. Here's what's happening:
You uploaded the cover image four weeks ago, which makes it the default for all future presentations. When you finished an on air presentation, the cover image we showed you in the publish audio dialog was the first slide of the presentation. The real image we were setting was the default cover photo.
We might not get this fix out before Sunday. You can work around it for the time being by hovering over the cover image in the publish audio dialog and clicking the "X" to delete it. We'll then fall back correctly to the first slide in the presentation.
Thank you for looking into this!
Thanks for your patience while we investigated! And, as always, we appreciate your report to make Proclaim a better experience for everyone.
