Logos 4 runs only on new user account

I had tried to install Logos on my mac pro user account and nothing would happen.  Program would freeze during opening never even move to applications folder.  I called apple support and they had me open a new user account and the program ran, installed, updated, and indexed.  

The problem is it is now installed on comp but it will still not run on "my" user account, my home account. My question is why? Is there any known conflicting software, programs, etc.? Any other solutions to getting it to open in my user account would be appreciated
