Hey all, I'm not sure what's going on. My orders page says that it ships Nov 11, but I cannot find it in my library. Could someone help me take a look a this?

It seems available on the site. Once I had to get a new debit card and forgot to change it with Faithlife. They tried to charge the old card on the release date of a product, but it didn't work. It just sat on my orders page with the release date showing. When I called they told me what had happened.
