Is it possible to import a pdf file into a slide?
Not at this time, but you could save it as an image and import the image.
Hi Bob
I do what Scott says - quite often actually.
On a Mac the built in app 'Preview' is your friend. Just select 'Export' from the file menu. Then I tend to choose PNG which seems to work just fine.
Thanks, I have done that, just wondering about any other options.
Thanks, I'm a windows guy myself [:)]
I'll pray for you!
Have there been any new solutions to this issue?
Our presenting computer is Windows. And when we have a Windows pastor bring a ppt its fine because they usually use microsoft and there are no issues. But our Mac pastors bring their ppts as pdf files and its a pain to have to convert files right before the service. We usually just drag an edge browser onto our front screen and run like that. But it is very messy. Why should we spend money on presenting software if we are just going to be dragging an internet browser onto the screen?

Is there a particular reason they do that?
Are they actually working in PowerPoint? If so, those files could be imported directly?
Or if they are working in Keynote, could these files be imported into Proclaim from a Mac computer?
