I saw this yesterday - I was able to get the signals to appear by switching to another app and then back into one of the Logos apps.
Does that make them appear for you?
If so, it may be some form of sync / initialisation issue

Philip, since you haven't responded I'll assume this issue is resolved.
Kevin - just an update on this from my perspective.
While I wasn't seeing the signal prompts before without switching between apps (as outlined above) it is working now after installing the latest Proclaim update (2.0.0.0021)
