BUG: Newly Created Highlight Palette Will Not Sync To Mobile App
I created a new Highlight Palette named "Y-Topics" in Logos 7.4 SR-1 (on MacOS 10.12.3). The palette successfully synced to documents.logos.com. It does not, however, sync back down to the mobile app on my iPad Air 2 or iPhone 6s (running 5.11.2).
When I highlight something with the custom highlights from the new palette (on Logos 7 desktop) the custom highlight is replaced with a generic yellow highlight on the iOS app.
In addition, I tried creating a new custom highlight (“Newtest”) in an existing palette, "Z-Highlights", and that new custom highlight did not sync to the iOS app either (although the Z-Highlights palette with it’s existing highlights does show up in the iOS app).
I reported the problem on the Logos app and referenced this thread.

I'm not able to replicate this. Does this happen when you restart the app as well?
Yes, I've restarted the app several times. I've also restarted both my iPhone and iPad at least two times each.
There's nothing special about the custom highlights, just a simple "Insert Text Before" type of deal:
Things are starting to sync, but it's very slow. For example, I noticed this morning that the "Y-Topic" palette has synced to my iPad (after several days). So I created a new highlight in that palette "Foolish," but that highlight hasn't yet synced (after a few hours and restarting the app a few times). So it appears to work, but it's just going terribly slow.
Hi Levi,
I'm going to correct myself. Newly created palettes appear to sync properly to both the Android and iOS apps (after a few minutes), but the highlights themselves do not appear properly on the iOS side, as you've mentioned. They do however appear on the Android side so this is indeed a mobile app bug.
I'll write up a case for the dev team, sorry about the issue.
I did two tests:
1) I created a new highlight in existing palette, and it synced immediately.
2) I created a new palette, and it did not sync.
2a) Then I created a new highlight within that new palette, and it did sync immediately.
3) Then, because I wanted to be sure, I created another new palette. It did not sync until I created a highlight within it.
Is this correct behavior? (that a new palette will not sync until a highlight is put in it)
So, basically, all is well.
