Have you bought it recently?
If so, try entering the command "rebuild index" in the reference book on the homepage and wait for the sync indicator to stop spinning.
Then see if it has appeared.

In which case, it may have simply been a mater of time and/or restarting the app. Sometimes killing the app is required.
