Missing mobile resources

 The following resource collection is not showing up on my mobile devices: 

Have you bought it recently?

If so, try entering the command "rebuild index" in the reference book on the homepage and wait for the sync indicator to stop spinning.

Then see if it has appeared.

PS, I just purchased it.

In which case, it may have simply been a mater of time and/or restarting the app. Sometimes killing the app is required. 

It had been about 24 hours and I did try restarting

Did you kill the app, or simply close it? Just checking for future advice purposes.
