On screen bible remote problem

When I use the remote to read the OSB it only brings up the first passage
And does not allow me to change to the next verse. In addition, the verses do not show up on the
Remote. It only shows a blank black screen. I am using the internet version with
A mac and iPad for remote

Thank you for posting about this, and using Proclaim. We've got a case internally about this problem, and are working on fixing it.

I think I had a similar issue with the remote not controlling the rest of the OSB slides. The problem I found was that the cursor was still in the reference text box, so the clicker was just moving the cursor back and forth rather than progressing the slides. After entering the OSB text while On Air don't click ENTER. Rather, either click the arrow to the right or wait for the drop down menu and select your desired text. That should allow your remote/clicker to control the slides.

As for the proclaim remote, it seems that quick screens (such as the OSB) don't show up on my remote or later in the recordings. Perhaps a future update can fix this. (?)

This is on our list of future improvements. OSB should now fall back to a plain (black background white text) style in recordings so you can at least follow the reference text now. Let me know if this is not your experience.
