How to do a lesson plan with Verbum?

I'm brand new to Verbum, so I am sorry if this is not in the correct section, and I am gratefuk for whomever can help.

I have been tasked with putting together and giving a short talk to a small group on the Incarnation of Jesus Christ to a group of parishioners.  How do I go about collecting the data in Verbum and building this out?  Am I to use the Sermon Starter Guide even though this is not a sermon?  How would I add a video like the one that Bishop Barron does on "How Can Jesus be Both God and Human?" as something I would like the group to watch first (or maybe at the end)?

Thank you for helping me get started

I would use the Sermon editor to pull the material together into a lesson. How I would find the relevant material would depend on the resources owned.  I would create a note document "Work incarnation" as a temporary workspace to collect information. Some hints:

    1. Start with the Factbook entry on Incarnation - read what appears from the preview to be most relevant.

    2. Pick the most relevant passage from the Factbook and run a Passage Guide on it - concentrate on the Catholic topical index, the Church Fathers, the Catechisms and the Church documents sections. Note that the theological sections may also have entries of interest.

    3. Run a Topic Guide on the Incarnation to see if anything of value has been missed.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Thanks MJ for the help.  Is there a way to add that video to the note document?  I see how to add other things, but not sure how I go about adding a video.

Secondly, are there any advanced videos or user guides on the Sermon Editor (or for that matter the whole program)?  I've seen the 360 video's in the application, but they are fairly basic.  It would be nice to find a PDF manual or something that could be referenced.

Thanks again for your help and may God bless you today

No, but you can add a URL to it.
