New feature: added support for user uploaded fonts.
Performance improvements for rendering slides in edit view.
Moved church calendar popup to separate link.
Moved presentation date given into Order of Service.
Added warning if presentation date given is in the past.
Use 'Blank Presentation' for new blank presentation names instead of the date given.
Added link to digital bulletin in the File menu.
Fixed drag/drop for ordering audio tracks (Windows).
Fixed font display in Mac font dropdown to reflect the font face.
Fix drag/drop file uploads to upload to the Media Browser and not as local files only.
