There is a old link here http://community.logos.com/forums/p/37160/278668.aspx where you can find the word documents for some of the Chinese Bibles that you can use to create your own PBB Bibles. Note that some of the posts dated back to 2011 so look for the latest copy.
This is the wiki showing you how to make PBB, there are prerequisites and the publishing tool has evolved ... I have not done it for years, I will leave it to others to comment should you have further questions. https://wiki.logos.com/personal_books
