FYI; I'm on Android and experienced crashes when doing visual copy.
Today updated to rev5.14.4 which fixed that problem for me , also confirmed no crash on clipping either. Are you guys on the most recent update?

Jacob and John,
Can you two update to the latest beta? You're not currently running the latest beta, and I'm told crash when sending to clippings is fixed in that version.

Jacob,
Can you try the following:
1. highlight
2. select Clipping
3. Go to the bottom and click on the clipping document to change it
4. Click on New Document
Mine crashes at that point every time. Does yours?

Hi Mike,
We were able to reproduce this issue and a case has been written up.
If you have time, please follow the instructions here when reporting a bug: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/140174.aspx . This appears to be an Android 7.1.x specific problem that doesn't occur on other versions of Android or iOS devices, and is not related to the original iOS Clippings problem posted by Jacob in this thread.
The Android and iOS apps are not the same - they are written in completely different programming languages, so a problem seen on an iOS device might never happen on an Android device (and vice versa). If possible please create a new thread for any issues you find and follow the instructions mentioned in the above link.
Generally speaking, the vast combination of Android devices, vendors and versions result in a very fragmented environment. We've seen issues that occur on one specific Android device that never occur on other Android devices, even though they are running the same software version of Android. We've also seen problems that occur on one version of Android that don't occur on other versions - even when the device is the same.
This fragmentation almost never happens on the iOS side but regardless, when writing bug reports detailed information is the key for us to quickly fix bugs.
As always, thanks for being a beta tester.!0
