Videos not playing, slide transitons very delayed.

In our services this morning we had an odd problem, we could get no videos to play at all and when we tried to transition between slides, there was a tremendous delay lag (About 1 - 2 seconds after the arrow was pressed) Also, when it would transition, it wouldn't show any kind of transition effect (in this case, fade) I noticed that, last night at my home when I was putting the presentation together, there was a noticeable lag, and that the slides seemed to try and display together when I transition started.

We tried reinstalling Proclaim, but that didn't do anything. Has anyone ever had this problem or anything like it? It was the first time we ever had a major issue with proclaim. Could it be a side effect from the windows update that hit this week?

It sounds like a video driver issue. How was Proclaim running on this system previously? Assuming it was working fine I would check your video driver for recent updates and try rolling them back.

It was running really well. I just rolled back the video driver and the same errors were occurring. I've completely uninstalled it and reinstalled thinking that somehow a file was corrupted but it still is lagging very badly, and the videos still will not play. When I say won't play, I should clarify that they don't even have the play option in the edit mode. I'm attaching the most recent log files to see if it helps.

After rolling back to drivers from April, this is what is going on. When I am in the edit mode, the videos run and fades work perfectly in the preview window. As soon as I go on air, everything bogs down to a crawl. I went into updates to see what may have changed during this time, and the only thing that I see that changed is a radeon update and a windows 10 update. Short of putting in a new video card to see if that fixes the problem, are there any best practices that I could try, or is this a unique situation.
