LOGOS PRO PLAN
Hi, I'm curious to know if there are other courses available besides the free LOGOS PRO PLAN ["The Study of Jonah 1:1-16" (LT271)]
In one of the basic available videos for Logos 7, I saw another study that seemed to be the same kind of format. It was called, "An introduction to the Book of Galatians" by Joel L. Watts, but I cannot find it anywhere.
Any suggestions as how to get it? Are they more like it? How much are they?
Thank you,
Joseph

They are expensive, but often on sale or included in discounted packages.

Some of the courses in the courses tool are readings from various books with no video component. These are not purchased as courses, but are revealed when you have the appropriate books in your library, such as with a base package or a Logos Cloud subscription.

Thank you, but the videos that you are suggesting is not what I was talking about...
What I'm talking about is a do it yourself study which has the exact same format as LT271 (LOGOS PRO PLAN, "The Study of Jonah 1:1-16) which is free.
Thank you anyway for taking the time to answer,
Joseph

Okay. I assumed you meant the format of short video clips that alternate between information about the topic and hands on Logos demonstrations and assignments. The book studies on the Mobile Ed page are not as different as you might think. The only one which is exactly the same used to be free, but is now $200:

They actually all appear now, even when you don't have the appropriate books in your library.

You can find those topical studies in the L7 Courses tool (found in the Tools menu). They are do-it-yourself, but don't have a video portion as Justin mentioned.
If you have the necessary books in your library, the course will show up under "Available" (and is free). If not, it will appear under "Partially Unavailable" or "Unavailable," and you can decide whether or not to buy the required resources.
You can see which resources a plan requires by clicking on the specific course.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for. [:)] I've been looking around for "Introduction to Galatians", or Ephesians, yet I cannot find it...
Anyway, I'm very grateful for your help.
God bless!

What do you get if you type "galatians" (for example) into the find box in the Courses Tool?

Thank you very much for your input and for your help.
Some of these studies cost a bundle of money, yet I'm not sure if I should get the full Logos 7 feature for $359 ($35 a month for a year), or just get one of these studies, although the problem is that I don't own some of the resources...
Well see. I'm grateful for all the help you have provided.

Another option is to rent the feature set by subscribing to Logos Now (which comes with a lot of extra benefits, such as discounts on libraries).
You could then use the $260 you saved for a library, since many of these course resources are bundled in libraries. Libraries offer the steepest discount on their books, over 90% off. In general, the bigger your library, the more of these courses resources will be unlocked, and their courses become available.
If you are considering getting a library, you may want to do it before the Summer Sale ends on July 19, since Logos Now members get extra savings (19% off instead of 10% off). In addition, you'll get a $10 coupon for every $100 you spend on a library.
Hope that information helps you to save money on these courses that you are interested in!

If you search the store for the Irving Jensen Collection that becomes available Wednesday, that may be exactly what you want. Cloud.logos.com may also be a better value than buying the reference books and features you will want.

A good option for someone who doesn't own a library or feature set! Thanks for reminding us about Logos Cloud.

Thank you for your input. I do have a library which began many years ago with Logos 4, and has been growing through the years, but it is still one level below the Gold package deal.
Do you still recommend it?
