Add "Use PowerPoint to import" option (Settings > General > PowerPoint) which uses PowerPoint (if installed) to convert the PowerPoint presentation to images and add to a Proclaim presentation (Windows only)
Add support for blank lines in songs (Shift+Enter on Windows and Ctrl+Enter on Mac)
Remember most recently used Bibles for Bible service item edit view
