BUG?: Bottom scroll-bar lost its scolling power
I have latest Noet, running on latest ios 9.x on the previous mini.
Trying to use the scroll bar (bottom; horizontal) only shows the TOC as its position (incorrectly), and doesn't allow going anywhere. The bar does correctly show the current position, however.
This bug has been around a while.
It became a problem when (yet) another resource blanked out its remaining text (Watchers in Jewish/Christian Traditions). The usual solution is to scroll beyond the compile error. But the scroller is out of commission. So, plan 'c' was to jump to the next chapter, and page backward.

Hi Denise
This may be related to the issue discussed in https://community.logos.com/forums/p/145819/909949.aspx - if so, it should be fixed soon, unless the version you are running is the version supposed to include the fix!
Please give your version number and then hopefully Faithlife can confirm whether this should be fixed with the update.
I'm assuming the resource is downloaded to your device (this is relevant to the bug mentioned in the earlier thread) as I think you do most of your reading offline

My apologies ... didn't see that thread! On vacation ... families.
That's really bizarre. I'd sort of put up with it, until it got in the way of the other bug ... blank book sections (mobile, but ok on desktop). I'll leave that be.

Hmmm ... I tried most of my downloaded resources ... they all went scroll-less. Most monographs.
I'd noticed it before ... for a while, the scrollbar wanted to just do TOC enties (a pain, when the TOC was limited).
Well, I finished the book the hard way.

Hey Denise! From our investigations into this behavior, we've identified that it's in relation to the resource more-so than the app itself. Would you be able to let us know what resource(s) this is occurring in? This'll help us fix it for the resources individually.

Brandyn, appreciate your detective work.
I'd hope it's not a book issue ... every non-Bible is an issue. I screen copied a screenful, below. They're all like this.
- Notice that Hermon has the sickness. He just shipped this week.
- NET Bible scroller works; NET notes doesn't
- When I clicked NABRE's scrollbar, initially he had 'TOC' in the popup (sickness), but quickly loaded the correct scroll-popup. That suggests an issue in the scrollbar loader. Just guessing.

Thanks for the concise answer! We're hoping it's something we can identify and easily to fix within the resources, but if we have to trudge, trudge we will. Your help is greatly appreciated.

A quick follow-up! We've corrected this behavior for a number of resources! You can find this solution in our current beta, or in the next update when it's released. If any resources are still experiencing it after the update is fully released, please let us know as there are still several more individual resources that we are still digging into.
