Vyrso Book Missing Content
I bought the below book today for $1.99 and in the description it says "Includes a salvation prayer and page for child and parent to sign and date regarding their decision." This page and prayer cannot be found in the resource.
Please fix this when you have time. Thank you in advance.

For clarification: The "fix" will be removing the errant copy from the product page. The copy "blurb" comes from the publisher. This is a common error, and can be found across platforms (i.e. Nook, Kindle, etc.)

One thing FAITHLIFE can do is reach out to the Publisher, and ask them to correct this mistake. I don't know if they have already reached out to them or not.

I've had several similar cases with children's books on Vyrso (missing content, messed layout etc.)
Communication from customer support has been very clear. Vyrso is an automated process. They can't fix it. They removed all books with severe content issues from the catalogue that I have reported. For each of these cases, they've been generous so that overall I've had a good experience and feel appreciated as customer.
Let's be happy that we have Vyrso, which provides us with lots of books that otherwise would have never made it into the Logos format.
(Let me also add some speculation: every piece of software has an end of life, including the Ebook-to-Vyrso converter. So maybe, in the medium to distand future, there might be a much better converter to replace the current one, and the books with issues might improve considerably.)

This is <mostly> true, but FL has fixed some in recent months.
They updated/improved the converter, and fixed them automatically.
