I just purchased a new Bible through Logo's from within Proclaim. How long does it take to show-up in Proclaim? It's not there yet, but its only been 10 minutes.

Have you tried closing and reopening Proclaim? It's usually almost instantly that you'll see new purchases on our platform. Let me know if that resolves your issue.

So it's definitely available as an On-Screen Bible. I am however not seeing that purchase on your account. Can you verify you did purchase it (and under the same account) ?
So I didn't need to purchase it then if it's available as on screen? I purchased it with our church account, gbcdillon@gmail.com, but that's all the same presentation group, I believe.

Currently Bible purchases are still tied to user and not a group. So only that e-mail address account will be able to add the NIVUK as an on-screen Bible. It is something that is being looked into and hopefully can be changed in the coming future.
So I have to be logged in under that user and then if I display under a different user, verses with that translation will not show up?
It will show up, it just needs to be originally added by the account that owns the license to that Bible.
