Vyrso coupon
It looks like Logos is ramping up their various ebook offerings. We just received a $10 coupon from Noet https://community.logos.com/forums/t/152998.aspx and today I received an email with a similar offer from Vyrso although when I opened it, it turned out to be less than overwhelming. $5 off a $50+ order. Here's the email header in my inbox that got me excited:
The actual offer sounds like a much better financial proposition for Logos though so no worries.

I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth but this offer isn't much to sneeze at. Though I appreciate having vyrso for getting many more books into logos, asking for $50 of vyrso purchases is quite high. I tend to buy most of my vyrso books when they are on sale or under $5 (though I have bought a few at regular price). If it were $10 or $20 off $50 that would be something better but the quality of the books we receive I don't see worth justifying a $50 purchase. To each their own i guess.

Same here. But in my opinion, this doesn't square with what you write further:
If purchases normally are small, adding the up will at some point cross $50 (that would be the last several weeks in my Vyrso order history, which has quite a number of small things but has some larger orders, one containing https://vyrso.com/product/137205/evidence-that-demands-a-verdict and one https://vyrso.com/product/137823/telling-the-old-testament-story. Also within the past year, I got https://vyrso.com/product/130637/inductive-bible-study and https://vyrso.com/product/144857/spiritual-leadership-spiritual-discipleship-spiritual-maturity-set-of-3-sanders-books as well as https://vyrso.com/product/129335/the-cradle-the-cross-and-the-crown which would contribute to a larger order. The point is that some christian publishers put all or most of their stuff into Vyrso, not into Logos. If I'm not mistaken, Abingdon, B&H and Moody as well as IVP and Nelson feature in my list above (and the Wipf&Stock purchases don't because they ended up single digit...)
I looked whether I did a $50 purchases in the past - scrolled through six years, but guess what, the only one was in this August, a product that is still available for $50.04: the Moody nearly Complete Classics Set (my title).
So yes, shelling out $50 in one go on Vyrso books is rare, even for me, but it's not something that would be unjustified.

1. FL makes only very little money from Vyrso, therefore it's understandable that they're not giving us a $10 off without any spend limits, as they've done for Noet, which largely containes self-produced titles by FL/Lexham/Kirkdale etc.
2. The $5 coupon is an incentive for us so that we DO spend $50 in one go. Nothing I've ever done on Vyrso. Probably nothing I will ever do. I guess my annual Vyrso spending is only around $100 in total. I will likely ignore this coupon. Though I appreciate the gesture. Thanks FL!

Well said NB. Unfortunately I committed the error of not reading what I wrote before posting. Justifying was the wrong term to use. I do shop on vyrso. I think what I had in my head was buying one $50 vyrso book

When spending $50.00, $5.00 off is not much at all. VYRSO could and should do way better than this.

Thankful for many sale items under $ 5 plus many regular price items under $ 5. Thankful for Look Inside samples.

OT: United States is an incarceration nation with 1 in 31 adults in prison OR on parole. Recidivism is being released from prison followed by return back to prison.

I thought about it a bit and I will retract my earlier statement. I looked around Vyrso last night and found a few darrell bock books and McFarland books that I did want. I still wish Vyrso had a wishlist!
