Maybe restricted to US billing addresses (again, I can see why [:#]).

Amazon has no trouble selling it to this Canadian should I want it. But the price is $2.37 which I suppose is because it's priced at $2.99 Canadian and so they convert that price into US$. The Amazon Canada reviews are not quite as sterling as the US ones though. Rather humorous in fact.

A current book I'm reading, happily marketed from Logos, is presenting 1Cor 2:7-8 and surrounding as an obvious interpolation. Maybe the Babylon Code is right. Hidden the whole time, too. Truly amazing.
