It seems this is not available for international customers (breaks the shopping cart - always bad if one has a number of books in it, needs to know the reason for it and then to weed out the 'culprit' resource by try and error - but this is not being worked on for years...) - is there a valid reason for that, or is it a misconfiguration? It seems not to be a rights issue as publisher FaithWords (you list it as Hachett Book Group, FaithWords is their imprint) sells the kindle version both on Amazon.com and to German customers in the local Amazon.de store.

Am having the same problem with "The Babylon Code" NB.Mick, which is also the Hachett Book Group. I keep getting this message "There is a problem in our checkout system. We are working to fix it now."
