cant open proclaim software

Hi, i just wanted to ask if how come i cant open the proclaim software even if i keep on clicking the icon? I was just using it and everything is working. However, after 10 mins all of a sudden it just disappeared in my screen and i thought maybe it just crashed, so i tried to reopen it by clicking the icon but it doesnt want to open at all.

Good morning and welcome to the forums.

This is not a common user complaint so a few more details are likely to be needed.

Could you tell us which Operating System you are using eg MacOS, Windows 10 etc.

I take it doing a reboot of the computer hasn't helped?

I am sure that one of the Faithlife staff will be having a look at your account but they may need to know which Presentation you were working on.

If you can supply these details I am sure that they will be doing their best to get you up and running.
