Ignatius catholic study Bible (upgrade package not working?)
So I just bought the verbum bronze package and I can't get the Ignatius catholic study Bible to work properly in my mobile app. It only let's me see the nt portion of this resource, not the additional 3 volume upgrade.. When I search my library the only thing that populates for the study Bible is the nt version as well. Does anyone know I can access the OT portions of this study Bible?

They are separate resources and must be opened separately. Depending upon where you are attempting to use them, prioritization might help. Can you give the details of where you are trying to see them?

Unfortunately, I'm mainly PC/laptop ... you should be able to open each of the Ignatius Study Bible volumes as I checked that they are available on mobile devices. I'll play around with the app and see if I can determine what is up.
Do you also have Verbum on another device?
- If so, Open library tab
- Select one of the OT Ignatius Study Bible books
- Open the information panel (circled i on the right)
- Go down to devices
- Is the resource checked to be accessible on the app device?

All downloaded but had to do each by itself - Enjoy

I'm not sure I understand clearly what search you are performing and results missing. I just checked a basic search on my iPad (iOS 11.2) by tapping on the Library icon and entering "Ignatius Study Bible." The screen shot below show the results that include both NT and OT resources. I have a larger base package so the results include more resources, but Genesis and Exodus are displayed. Are you saying that you do not see these? Or is there some other search scenario that you are referring?
Can you elaborate on the search you are performing?

I was able to find them this way! Is that how all multivolumes are handled? They aren't compiled in to one resource? I was about to buy to other commentary series but if that's the way they are handled I am definitely not going to. I do not like that at all. That is not intuitive and too much of a hassle.

No, thank heavens as that would create a different set of problems ...

How they are handled depends upon the platform and use. For many purposes, the series moves seamlessly between the resources in the series. If I open a Bible panel and a commentary panel and set them to follow each other, the series behaves as if it were a single resource.

That's precisely my issue, it doesn't. I have the Bible opened and it's linked to the Ignatius study nt but none of the upgrade ot volumes are automatically linked. It works perfectly for the nt but not ot. I need to open the other resources separately for ot (exodus, Genesis etc). So I'm reading along in acts and want to check a Commentary for it and it works but if I get a cross reference to the OT and go there the commentary doesn't link - I now have to open one of the upgrade volumes in a separate window. It's silly, it's the same product

Linking across series works on the desktop but not in the mobile apps.
It would be good if it did and it has been requested

Is there any way to support this request? I'd back it

Uservoice is the recommended way to do this - there is a suggestion at https://logosmobile.uservoice.com/forums/190765-logos-mobile-apps/suggestions/4208839-make-resources-in-series-i-e-wbc-expositors-calv. I suggest you add some votes to it.
