hi,

I am trying to have the "ALL" footnotes and cross-references shown at the bottom of the page while reading RSV2CE (same view as the book bible / Verbum CCC). But only few notes are shown at the bottom. Chatted with the support and they directed me here for further help.

Appreciate if any one of the experts can help here.

current view (verbum-bible)

actual book bible view

and verbum ccc view

thanks,

jimmy

    Welcome [:D]

Suggest using Tool Power Lookup to show cross reference list with verse text plus footnotes:

Scrolling in RSV2CE causes Power Lookup (follow) contents to change.

In Verbum the difference between cross-references and footnotes is preserved by having only footnotes (marked by letters) appear when one displays footnotes. To see those footnotes one:

    1. Open the resource menu
    2. Set the resource to column mode (1 or more ... I think of it as page mode)
    3. Set show footnotes

    Then you will:

    1. See the footnotes
    2. Use the arrows to navigate by page (rather than the continuous scroll bar)

One can access the cross-references via mouse-over:

I use this approach when my layout doesn't really have room for the Power Lookup approach.
