Logos 7 Has Stopped Working

I new to Logos Forums.
When I launch Logos 7 I get a box that comes up saying: ". . . has stopped working".
I have Windows 10 Pro installed on my Acer Aspire V5 laptop. Windows 10 Pro is up to date.
I downloaded the current Logos Install exe file. I tried removing the old Logos Software and the
reinstalled. Got same error message. I sent an email to Customer Service and Tech Support.
I followed solutions 1 - 5 with no success.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated by this Canadian Logos 7 User.

This happened Friday to me on Windows 7. I had customer support on a chat line when I discovered that there were pending MS Windows updates; i.e., they appeared to be half installed. I informed the customer support person, then rebooted to complete the Windows updating. After a couple of boots, Logos 7 worked.
So, in my case, it wasn't a Logos 7 problem, but a MS Windows updating problem.

That might help. Also try reloading Logos from Control Panel > Programs and Features --> right click Logos Bible software and select Repair.
