on air display problem

G'day guys,

We've been using proclaim for years now and just updated our church computer. It has its own graphics card and i can run three screens easily. But as soon as I try to go on air the on-air-display only takes up a portion of the display screen. The portion depends on the resolution of the screen - the lower the res the more of the on air display is shown.

I've tried almost everything I can think of - the only way I can get it to display properly is if I have a single screen to operate and display but as soon as you extend the desktop no matter how many other screens or which one is connected to which output it faults.

Any known problems or solutions?

It doesn't seem to make much difference what I use. There is a motherboard VGA and HDMI out + a graphics card VGA and HDMI out. No matter which way I connect them I can't get it to work. I was using a HDMI to VGA adaptor and wondered if maybe that created a problem but then I went two digital displays, rather than analogue, and same problem.

Generally speaking, your video card determines whether multiple monitors will work correctly.

When you go to your display settings and you select the resolution are all 3 monitors on the recommended resolution?

Assuming your 3rd monitor isn't anymore since you mentioned the lower the resolution the more was displayed, but in less quality? Are monitor 1 and 2 on the recommended?

Go ahead and disconnect 1 monitor as well and how does it display with just 2 monitors? (on air and off air)

I've tried different resolutions and just two monitors set up many different ways. From recommended to selected.

Everything displays normally on every other program and use except on-air proclaim.

Could this be an aspect ratio issue? If I try to send my 16:9 slides to a narrow 4:3 screen the edges are cut off.
