If you were happy with Logos Now, this is the same, with no change in price. As a Logos Now subscriber, you are grandfathered into this package and price point.
You do not need to take any action. We will cancel the coupon codes and set your subscription to the newly-named package automatically. It is like we are 'undoing' the last two weeks, and simply re-naming your Logos Now subscription and adding a few benefits.
If you previously subscribed to Logos Now but had expired/canceled, we will contact you in the next few weeks with a one-time opportunity to re-subscribe at this grandfathered price.
We will probably offer this configuration to future new base package customers at a mid-way price point, possibly $14.99. (If you cancel your subscription at the grandfathered price, you'd need to pay this new price to restore it.)
I am/was/still a LN annual subscriber but from this post can I take it as I'll return to my LN annual @ the $99/year rate? Will there be a monthly option added as well?

Thank you! As always, you are much too generous. I really appreciate the continued privilege of access to new features for a more than fair price.

Well handled Bob. Thankful for you and your company, mainly because of the way it helps me learn about God each day. But also because you are committed to doing the right thing by your customers.
Sorry for my whinging.

Thank you for reconsidering.

Hi Bob, this seems like a very good decision on your part, and I commend you for it.
Will any of it affect Verbum Now?

Thank you so much for this move Bob. Thanks for the apology and thanks for listening to us. I feel quite lost for words over this , I feel a little blown away by your stance so thank you.

Bob, Thank you. This course correction has thoroughly restored my faith in Logos. Thank you so much. God bless you. Have a wonderful weekend.
Presumably, I don't need to do anything? The change to my subscriptions section will be handled on your end?
Thanks again.

Bob,
Thank you. Wonderful decision!
It's good to know that FL values the both the input (even if written in fear and deep emotion) and the suggestions of your customers. You have righted the course!
This announcement is a reminder to me that even a large company can have ears and a heart.
Thank you, again. This decision is a true blessing!
I just can't thank you enough. Really.

Thanks Bob,
This is great news and it does a lot to restore my faith in Faithlife.
When L8 arrives will we be able to use the coupon code that was sent to us if we haven't already used it?
Thanks again for listening to your base.

If you were happy with the new offer and would prefer to keep the coupon code and the Faithlife Connect Starter subscription, or upgrade to Faithlife Connect Essentials, you can contact us and we'll take care of it.
I’d actually already spent mine but definitely want to stick with this plan, so I’ve requested a refund on my purchase and requested that my voucher be cancelled off - they haven’t (clearly) stated that this refund is necessary but I’m more than happy at the way things have been handled here, and don’t want to exploit the situation or confuse matters.

Great to see a place at the table remains for those who wish to own their resources, and that we're not going to be the poor relation or have to pay more for things we'll not use.0 -
So...Are you still selling?Whyndell Grizzard said:Thank you for reconsidering.
Not that I want to buy. I’m good and looking forward to Logos 8. Once the dust settles I’ll probably subscribe to the new LN since it fills a need. 👍😁👌0 -
I'd like to add my voice to the growing chorus of appreciation. Thank you!

Allow me to be a dissenting voice.
I was quite happy with the change and my $200 coupon. I wish I had used it now!

Has anyone seen this change reflected in their subscriptions?

I don't even use Logos Now, but I have to say thank you too!
This story should be written up in Readers Digest or on National TV about how business can be conducted. I have never seen anything quite like it. I am almost tempted to buy LN just to say thanks, but think I will see what LMM brings first.0 -
This is Awesome!!!! Thanks Bob!

That won't happen until next week sometime (probably Wednesday at the earliest). We'll be sure to let you know when everything has been taken care of.

I was and still ok with the change. Change is going to occur, however, I think that this BIG change would have been better received by those that were not ok with it, if there would have been a lot of time in preparing for it.
My question, now that there will be a choice in reverting back to the original LN subscription (by default) which will completely expire in November or whenever your year expires, or keeping things as they are now, is, what will happen if you have already used your code?
I'm thinking that, if my library/licensing will once again change by removing resources obtained from the code, I'd rather keep things as they are now and be grandfathered to whatever connect starter turns in to.
Thanks Bob for the code, and giving all the option of going back to LN if desired.

Please take your time, and do this smoothly.
I had already used my coupon for the Full Feature Set (actually Logos Essentials Medium). I am not sure I want to go back to a subscription in any form but would like a few days to think about it. I would appreciate it if my library were not altered any during that time.

This is a great win-win solution and it is much appreciated.
