Greek Audio NT word for word indicator no longer working

Hello there

My word for word indicator is no longer showing in the text. As far as I can tell I do have it turned on. I have the Greek audio New Testament but have not used it for a while, so am not sure when it stopped working.

Can anyone shed any light on this? I may be missing something very simple.
