Is it possible to have Mobile Ed course videos autoplay rather than having to click on each lesson separately?

Not that I'm aware of - out of interest, why are you hoping to do this?

Because I find it annoying to need to scroll down and then click on the next video every few minutes.

There is a 2014 Mobile Education post that states "it is not currently possible to auto play videos within a video resource. We are aware of this issue and are working to make our video playback experience more user friendly." (https://community.logos.com/forums/p/96437/683517.aspx)

    Andrew,

Another option for you might be to watch the Mobile Ed courses you own on Faithlife TV.  Courses will autoplay through each video and resume where you left off when you return.

Just sign in using your account and Look for your courses in the Logos Mobile Ed category.

    Hi Jeff,

I think this is an issue that should be fixed within the Logos App, but I appreciate your suggested work-around.

I just installed the FaithLiveTV Android App but I get a "Error playing media" message when I try to play my CM103 videos...Other Mobile Ed videos (eg. CM102) seem to work fine...

I also noted that the progress I made via the Logos App isn't synced to the FaithLive TV App?

Thanks Andrew, I reported the issues with the CM103 videos and we will get those updated.

Faithlife TV should be setting the position on video resources in a place that syncs with the Desktop.  I will look into why that would not be working.

Thank you - This seems to be resolved now.

Any progress on syncing the positions on the video resources?  FaithLife TV doesn't even note which ones I have watched.

    Andrew,

I have been trying to reproduce this.  I opened a course on Logos watched or fast-forwarded to the middle of a few played them and then checked my Preferences Database and could see the positions in each video saved and the current/last video.  On Faithlife TV when I opened that course I had not watched, it filled in the progress bars and set the current item (.com) to the last video.

However, I did have to either switch videos in Logos or close the resource and wait for a sync to finish to be sure that all the positions were sent.  If I was on the current video and did not change video or close the resource, that position did not seem to get sent even with a sync.

Are you online at some point after watching the videos and able to sync Logos before you switch to watching on Faithlife TV?

    Hi Jeff,

I have mainly been watching on my Android app using the main resource (ie. not the resource with just the videos).  I completely finish one video and then scroll down to start the next one.

None of that progress seems to be synced...Are you able to replicate this behaviour?

I do note, however, that my progress in the main Windows application does sync to FaithLife TV as you described.

"Researching New Testament Topics in Extrabiblical Literature" and some subsequent videos are still not working in the Faithlife TV app.

I would also like to see this as a feature. FaithLife TV isn't a good solution for me, because I can't download the media in FaithLife TV.

I don't think I can download the media to the Android Logos App either (see https://community.logos.com/forums/p/141755/974620.aspx)
