After 7.15 update, home screen won't load.
After installing the most recent update, now when I click on Home, nothing but a white page. No spinning disk or anything. The bar with the search window and settings button appear, but that is it. Did a Google search and was directed to a page that blamed it all on the video drivers. Checked the drivers and they are all up to date and check out perfectly. All other programs have no problem, but no home page in Logos 7 (Platinum). Any ideas? And, don't suggest contacting the graphics card company as they are not at fault on this one. If it works for other programs (many of which-if not all-are far more sophisticated graphically than Logos), it really should be working for Logos7 (especially since it was working fine just before the update).

The newest bit of info suggests that it is a 32 bit windows only issue. Is that what you are running?

Yes, indeed it is. Thank you for the link. I could not find that on a search, but it is exactly what is going on. I would change to 64 bit, but I have a couple of legacy programs that would not work, so use my laptop for 64bit only programs. Guess I will use it for Logos until they come up with a fix. I had this problem for several months after upgrading to a version of Windows 10...don't recall which version; and I could get no one to help. Those who did reply said it was my video card but that didn't make sense because I had no video issues elsewhere.
Yesterday after updating to the latest version of Windows 10... Logos loaded just perfect this morning!

This should be fixed with 7.15 SR-1.
