presentations posting as bulletins

When I create a new sermon presentation, it somehow posts as a bulletin automatically about halfway through the actual live presentations on Sunday mornings. I thought our tech staff was doing this, but they advised they are not. The problem is that now that we are using Faithlife sites, all of my sermon presentations are publishing as bulletins, even though some of them don't have a single announcement slide on them.

How is it automatically publishing? How do I turn it off?

When I do add announcement slides to the presentation, can I decide which slides post as the bulletin and which don't, or will I need to create a separate presentation for announcements that will publish as a bulletin?

Hello,

You can disable auto-publishing. Go to your Church group on Faithlife.com (not your presentation group!), select "Bulletins", and then click on the gear icon in the top-right of the page. You can disable auto-publishing from here.

You can delete slides from the digital bulletin. The only thing you can't do is re-order Proclaim slides on the digital bulletin. You can add additional ones to the top and bottom, but the order of Proclaim slides will always preserve.
