Faithlife: Where are the release notes for mobile app 6.5.2?

Communication from Faithlife to those of us who have a passion for the mobile apps and are willing to use our time and resources to help develop them seems to have all but disappeared.  Examples: New versions (like this one) without release notes; questions and problems posted in the forum without responses from Faithlife; even emails to the team (including mobilesupport@faithlife.com) have gone unanswered.

Can someone at Faithlife please set our expectations so we understand why interaction by Faithlife is so rare, where the apps are headed in the future and how support for these apps is supposed to work?

Interaction with the mobile team is poor; the desktop team(s) are more responsive. FL is aware, and they are discussing how to better handle the forums.

    Hi Dave,

Thank you for your info - I was about ready to escalate my frustration to someone at Faithlife. I'm glad to hear Faithlife is aware of the problem.  I hope they are looking at more than just the forums and are considering how they can improve support for the mobile apps.  The Desktop interaction and support is good - a model for the mobile apps team should follow.  I realize this comes at a cost to Faithlife, but I believe it has contributed to much better products.
