I own the 1984 NIV in Logos, but it's not showing up in my Proclaim Bibles. It certainly used to. What's happened?

I haven't used the '84 version much since the 2011 came out. I tend to think that the minor differences between the screen and the pew just make people pay attention. :-)
Yes, Mike, that’s what I see - the 1984 anglicised, but not the normal 1984.
I noticed this a few weeks ago in proclaim and simply thought it was a temporary bug and never followed up on it.

Yes, I am. Dozens of other Bibles I’ve bought are there, just not the 1984 NIV.

Update: It appears that it was pulled from publication about a year ago at the request of the publisher. So while you may own it in Logos, it won't be available in Proclaim for that reason. Sorry about that!

i do not understand how it can be “pulled” after you already own it, it is like saying that you cannot see it in Logos anymore.
So it won't be pulled from someone's personal collection, however unfortunately the On-Screen Bible doesn't function by pulling it from Logos. It works through https://biblia.com/, and if a publication is pulled it will also be pulled from that website.
Hmm – this I think is a major rewrite of the definition of 'owning a bible'.
I'm not going to do the research but I think that it has been pretty explicitly stated in the past that the Bible facilities in Proclaim will use any Bible you own in Logos. At the very least that was the strong implication of various postings. Perhaps you need to reorientate your users to the reality.
The reality might not be too big a problem but with the ubiquitousness of the 1984 edition it is bound to cause a recurring need to reply to threads like this one from legacy users of Logos who own this resource.
As I understand it the American 1984 edition is no longer available to new users in Logos.
One saving grace is that the Anglicised 1984 version is available in both packages and which has at least two advantages.
a. It has the correct spelling of incidental words like Saviour and
b. also gives you a good deal more letters for your money. Admittedly most of those letters are 'u'.

I don't use Proclaim. Can you copy and paste into a scripture frame in Proclaim, thus getting around the problem? (I know that's extra work, and I am surprised to learn of this limitation.)

Is it that you don't use Proclaim or that you don't use Presentation Software?
If the latter then suffice it to say there are various routes to solving the problem - cutting and pasting from Copy Bible Verses in Logos is probably the easiest.
Next (for our ex-colonial cousins) would be to use 'Bible Slides' and the Anglicised Version then 'alter' any words marked as spelling mistakes.
The most obvious would be to use the 2011 version and ignore the occasional disparity between pew and projector.
If you use presentation software but haven't taken Proclaim for a spin then there is a months free trial which has been extended for quite a few with limited time to get to grips with it. In my (not so) humble opinion once you get your head round the way it works Proclaim is an order of magnitude better than anything else I have used.

Con's
Built in fonts that nobody in their right mind would use. (Plenty of others though)
No 'start background slide on second slide of song' feature.
Paucity of slides that acknowledge the place the Church has reached in the Christian Year and in the Lectionary(s).

You could absolutely do that for now! We're working on elevating this to the right people so that some changes can be made and it's still accessible in Proclaim for those who own a copy. As Mike said, copy and pasting is a lot of work and completely nullifies the point of our Bible/On-Screen Bible slides.
