Jesus Hates Religion
Every now and then people comment on "Vyrso" formatting. However, this is the first Faithlife ebook I've bought where I've been truly disappointed by the formatting.
There are no paragraphs. Even the study questions at the end of each chapter continue the one long paragraph of each chapter.
Thankfully I'm enjoying the book, although I did look to see if Olive Tree offered instead, as I might otherwise have bought there and returned the Faithlife one due to the formatting.

Report it as a bug and it will likely be reprocessed.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Do I just let Customer Services know or is there a process?

I can't tell if you are making a distinction here, but Vyrso = Faithlife eBooks.

I can confirm this issue. These books are auto converted. Sometimes the issue is on the publisher side, but thankfully in more recent times FL has been able to reconvert many titles. Hopefully that will be the case here.

Fully aware Vyrso is now Faithlife eBooks which is why I put Vyrso in quotes. I still prefer Vyrso to distinguish it from Logos. Sorry marketing department.

[Y] I couldn't tell if you thought there was a change in quality/kind with the change... but for others who may read this, the only change was name/website.
