My Free Original Ebook Coupon is not working
When I follow the link to the page to select my free ebook (from the Faithlife Connect for September) it shows the coupon greyed out underneath the coupon code field but the price remains the same. When I try to enter the coupon code manually, the page refreshes but the price still remains. I have not been able to figure out any way to get the book for free.

September's Original coupon should work on one of these books: https://ebooks.faithlife.com/originals
Are those the books you're trying to choose from? Which book isn't working?
I believe there were supposed to be 20 books to choose from, so you could also wait until FL looks into this issue, in case they add 10 more books for this month.
Either way, sorry for the coupon issue!

Faithlife Connect offers 10 Originals for the month to choose from. Were you able to select a book for this month or are you still having an issue redeeming the code?

We could previously choose from 20 books per month (10 of which changed each month) since the start of this benefit.
Is there a reason why this month changed from 20 to 10?

Great question! Yes, based on what we have seen with our current users, we found that offering our 10 new original titles to select from each month is what our customers wanted, instead of titles that are always there. Some titles that rise in popularity may re-appear in the future as selectable.

I'm still a bit confused for the change, but just assume you felt it necessary. I'm also noticing many re-workings of BSM, collating various parts into a book. As one who was a long-time subscriber, these are of less interest, although some appear useful. and now that we can get digital BSM, perhaps less useful.
That said, still grateful for the free offerings and monthly goodies. Very thankful!
