Scrolling

Using the touchpad to attempt smooth scrolling, the scrolling goes way too fast -- 2 or 3 chps with a movement of a 1/4" on the touchpad. If that was 2 or 3 lines for a 1/4" that would be much better.

Is there a setting that I can adjust the speed of scrolling?

Also, the down arrow jumps one page at a time as opposed to one line at a time. Is there a way to set the amount of screen movement with a push of the down arrow key.

Also, I have a Microsoft Surface. It would be great if I could move the screen down by touching it and moving my finger up or down like almost all other software.

Try setting the Columns setting of a resource to "None" and see if that helps
