Lemma in Passage
I have Logos 7, have access to the internet, and a member of faithlife connect. These are the prerequisites for lemma in passage to work and in which it did when i was using the free trial, but is not working now and under a faithlife plan.

Comparing https://logoscloud.com/products/138567/logos-cloud-starter with https://logoscloud.com/products/138568/logos-cloud-essentials the lemma in passage is only available on essentials or higher.

Thank you for your response. This brings clarification to the issue I was having, however, it is, I believe, a little misleading. I didn't bother to compare the different packages because I thought it was unnecessary. When you click more info on "lemma in passage" it gives you the requirements in the help menu, one being a membership to Faithlife connect. It didn't indicate what package you need to pick within the different packages to choose from so i picked the least expensive one (but still a membership...).0

This seems like a very fair point.
What I think must have happened: before Faithlife Connect the subscription offering was called "Logos Now" - and there was only one level. It looks as though when "Logos Now" was replaced with "Faithlife Connect" the popup in the helpfile was changed to reflect this but level details weren't included.
Hopefully someone from Faithlife will be able to comment further.
