I just participated in the Mobile Ed survey. There were a couple of issues.

  1. At the end of the survey, it says "Our survey system is down for maintenance. Please try again soon!"
  2. The provided coupon code doesn't work for every Mobile Ed course. It only seems to get applied if the course is not on sale.

As an example, either of these two courses wouldn't show any additional savings, but this regularly priced course did.

I imagine this is a limitation of the store/cart, which can only reflect one (sale or coupon) discount description for an item, but the offer does happen to say "any course," not "regularly priced course."

Thanks for offering the survey, and for the coupon (which I'll hold on to for now, until this can be clarified/corrected).

Hi John,

Because we're using the last 'question' to give you the coupon code, the survey system is a little confused because it's not a real question. You should only see the 'down for maintenance' at the very end of the survey - which you can safely ignore and know that your answers were recorded.
