I know there was a post on here at one point (been a few years now), but I can't find it. We were getting ready to upload our sermon today. I clicked to add a "tag" at which point the program crashed. I know there is a way to recover the sermon so I can upload it and download the wav file, but where is it? I'm leaving the computer on and hope to find a solution this evening (without losing the file).

Hello David,
Would you be able to send me log files from Proclaim? You can save these by going to Help > Save Log files and emailing it to me at support@faithlife.com
The recordings should remain attached to the presentation under the "Recordings" tab, however it seems like it's only 27 seconds long. When you were adding a tag to the sermon, did you notice it was a longer length?
As for locating associated WAV files on the computer, step 2 on this article shows you how to access that directory

Thanks for the Sunday response! The sermon should be like 27 minutes long, so 27 seconds is not good. :( I can try and find the logs on the computer when I get back to church. Thanks
